They should be fairly easy to find: click on the "Forum" link in the main navigation, then the "Search Forums" link.Now, in the form, type as a "Keywords" what you're looking for ("RWBY") and in the "Search in Forums:" field, click the "Undertow" > "Game Modding" > "Super Deepthroat", and make sure the "Search child forums as well" checkbox is checked.
You will easily find dialogues, backgrounds and possibly hair and clothes, but you also might have to search by character names; for instance, Maineim has some hair in his thread (at least Blake, but I'm not familiar with RWBY): Stuff by Maineim (2-2-14 RWBY's Penny) | Undertow
