hair too large for the template. (1 Viewer)

the hair is too big, somebody knows how to put it without changing the size?

I can't do it with this base, I think I've seen hair with other image dimensions, but I don't know which ones.
Another option would be to share it in a .swf file, if someone could help me with that I would be very grateful.

Edit: Why the FUCK isn't the hair template loaded relatively from a center point. That's obviously how it should work, why doesn't it work like that.
