After a lot of digging I finally found out how to import a character. I tried, with the characters hair successfully working but the original hair is not deleted so there are two different hair styles at the same time. Help me Anon?

I don't think I understand your problem. You load a .png and it doesn't unload SD_Chan's hair?

I know what the problem is, you get a strange overlap of two hair styles.

What you need to do is edit the character code of each character. The hair and background filepaths are at the end of the character code and need updating. If you don't want to do that for each character though you can just edit the filepath itself to match whats in all the character codes.
