Game is Laggy (1 Viewer)

So I have the vanilla SDT and the loader. and when I open them with the flashplayer projector, in chrome, or in internet explorer, either way it is extremely laggy.
I have gtx 750m, and I can run way more stressful games.

Thing is, if I go to some website that has it embedded or w/e, like this one

It runs 5 times as well. but If I try to open the one I downloaded (same version) with any of the programs i listed before, its in like 5 fps.

I have tried opening it in a small window with flash player projector, or doing it in full screen. nothing really helps

Not sure what you mean by 'flash projector' but refer to my post Here and try some of those options. Also as far as I know flashplayer only uses your CPU, pretty sure it only uses 1 core as well.
