I would also like to know what mod that is. I have looked thoroughly on this site using "body mod", "Futa", "breasts" & "male" in the searchbar, sometimes using a combo of those terms. Could anyone help us with this?

If you're referring to the small textbox in the upper-right corner of the page then please don't use that. It provides a tightly scoped search which checks only the current thread and its parent board. Most users are unaware of this limitation, so they obtain zero results and then conclude that the search feature is broken.
Please use the main Search page instead. By searching for "futa breast" I was able to find Hugo's Mods, which contains the file that you're looking for.
Also: please note that tags such as <body mod> apply mainly to the Download area. Downloads are a relatively recent addition to Undertow, and most of the site content is hosted in forum threads. The system is meant to be very convenient for users and it's (hopefully) easy to find something merely by looking for the correct keywords. But if you don't find something then you should try to use the old-fashioned text Search before giving up :)
