Found this picture of a cave somewhere on the SDT forum, but I forgot who it was from. (If you made it please tell me about it)
Anyways, I decided to add more detail by adding fog and mirrored the image to be wider for those people who disabled borders in their settings file.

There's an existing thread about the Hnomer Studio remake of Super Deep Throat at Hnomer Studio", is making a 3D version of SDT, called "Super Deepthroat 2", in Unreal Engine 4.
