Edge brushes for hairs (1 Viewer)

I was trying to make a character, after comparing the original style I tried to do something to fit the color and style of the borders for the rest of the bodie.

I fail in the look of the girl, but maybe the path could be useful for creating new hairs using Inkscape

Is this character from something or OC?

It started as Trisha Elric / Sloth from Full Metal Alchemist, but it doesn't look enough like the character. I end end up position of the hair, edges and painting technic.
