Here's a video with some good martial arts fighting...
Dragon Eyes
There are three fights. The first between two women with some really good fighting action, ending with one woman falling, but oddly more from accumulated effects versus some knockout blow. The second has some side scene with a girl fighting a large male fighter that pummels her and eventually knocks her out. The last one is with the female form the first scene now taking on a male martial arts master. He is able to deflect a bullet from her handgun using a table after she pulls the trigger...that should have told her something! ;) She eventually gets KO'd from another bad guy with a whip of a handgun.
Overall good action scenes that eventually end with a female being knocked out.
