Downloads give me a different file? (1 Viewer)

Hi I'm new here and when I went to download some mods here and here, I get a .swf.cpl file. When I rename it back to .swf, it doesn't work when I load it ingame.

Anyone know what's going on? Am I missing something or doing something wrong? Any help will be great. BTW I am using loader.
