Nice! But i would suggest doing it with umod. So that people can turn tattoos off and on whenever they want to. Otherwise, very nice!

Unrar the archive, Put the folders into DEAD OR ALIVE 5 Last Round/Dlc
Then edit steam_api.ini in the part que say DLC. For example, DLC0XX=0000008223
