Please give us some indication of what is going wrong. Are you having trouble downloading the file? Do you not know how to load it into the game? Are you loading it ok but then it appears incomplete or damaged? Is the hair simply clipping through the character's body or clothing?

A screenshot may also help us to identify client-side problems. For example: if we see a web browser window then we'd know that you're trying to run the game incorrectly.
