I think it is one of the Fire Pro games, but, any help is appreciated...

It's definitely Fire Pro. I'm not familiar enough with the series to say for sure (never played any of the old Japanese titles), but I'm guessing it's Fire Pro Returns (the "latest" one; you can get it on emulator)

If you're wondering about the Hatsune Miku character, it's a custom wrestler. FirePro has a decent-sized CAW mode, and I've got a very similar joshi on my own roster.
