Synopsis:

In 1969 Japan(near Osaka Expo), 13yo girl Marin Asagi was
attacked by Monomakia(biological weapon/ from Brigadoon) .
And other Monomakia "MELAN BLUE" saved her.
It was the start of battle over the fate of Earth and Brigadoon.​

Serious and tragic story with horrendous joke,
it is not so popular but some anime otaku love this anime.
So called cult anime, maybe.
