I only use meta injector, but I will explain it if it is still good.
Place the gamecommondata folder in the same hierarchy as the character folder.
Please never put it in the character folder.
There are 2 places.
paz\files_to_patch\gamecommondata

BlackDesert Online\gamecommondata

I tried to remove the fairy's clothes, then the breast that appeared there was cut.

It is a texture of a nude body.
Panties are drawn directly.
The mesh itself seems to be using the player character model
Because UV is together (It is layered separately from the center though it is)
You can quote by copying cut the nude texture of the player here

Everything should be injected just fine, you can use the tool I gave you to see whether the file was patched (the "Modded" column would have the value "Yes").
