How do you decrypt and encrypt the character customization file?

What problem are you trying to solve?
For me these files look like game-specific binary format.

I'm trying to make the size bigger than the slider option.

See it if takes a bigger bust size.
Using a temp, so if ban, I can find out first.

Save preset, copy to some folder. Go to char editor again, modify exactly one value and save preset again. Compare old and new files in hex editor. Only couple of bytes should change if it is not encrypted or obfuscated. Fiddle with changed bytes via hex editor and check the result.

I don't have one.

I know what the bits your talking about and did do a slight change on one slider.
But I only had notepad++.

btw, don't copy the hex outside of the red box, it is bogus data as I edit to cover my char. lol
The values in the red box is all vert, hori, dept maxed.

There is none.
I only listed samples I tried.
But none worked to make bigger breasts.
