This Is a tutorial not to make Audio Dialogues but rather get your files cleaned up and ready for an Audio Dialogue.

I'm going to SHOW you, and explain to you, how to do it using a freeware program called Audacity

First Lesson: Noise Removal with Low Background Noise
(This tutorial will remove a lower background noise only, but is important to know before you tackle louder backgrounds)

*puts both fists high in the air* MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! lol. ;D Next tutorial is actually about half done, due to the fact that I'm working on about 6 that deal with specific controls of the Audacity program. High and low pass filters, Amplify and Bass boost, compression and equalization, Pitch, tempo, and some changing him to her tutorials so you can use your own voice, and change it to make it sound like anyone. The only reason the Noise removal tutorial has been posted is because in most cases it is all that is required. But the rest will be up soon.

I downloaded this piece of software called MorphVox, it advertises being able to morph a male voice into a female voice, I played with it a little, seems to "work", but I wouldn't call it a substitute for a real VA... take that for what it is if you decide you want to play with it.

Male to female is actually alot easier than it seems. All you really do is record your voice, remove the background static. (refer to tutorial - lesson 1) change the pitch, change the tempo then play with the bass. Yes it is successful and rather simple to accomplish. Thank you, glad you liked it. It'd be much simpler for people to make mods if there was a tutorial similar to this for CS5... *wink wink* Anyways, three of the other tutes are finished and they'll be posted soon.

P.S. In case anyone is wondering about the electrocuted skull at the beginning of the tutorials. It's my own personal logo that goes on ANY internet video I publish. Morbid Minds Studios is my trademark and I'm proud of it ;D.

And Anon thanks for the tip. I'm trying it out now to see if I can get a more natural sounding male to female voice.

Okay so I tried it out and played with it for hours. Not too much use. Mainly it adds pitch to your voice, adjusts the speed, and that's about it. I did however annoy the hell out of my dogs using the dog translator profile ;D. Other than that there's not much I can do with it.

BTW: I apologize for lack of the remaining lessons, I've been sidetracked with modding after I figured out how to make my own loader mods and lost my freaking mind :o. I have a whole list of hims and hers coming soon.
