Try playing it on a lower quality and turning off strand shaders.

Also moreclothing is a real performance killer if it loads 100+ mods. I find it best to have one installation w everything that I use for putting characters together and one for playing tjat mostly uses char folders and not moreclothing so much.

Lowering quality gives me about 4fps improvement and strand shaders doesn't appear to do much.

Yeah I'm loading about 450 mods (it was 800 earlier) 100 of it are probably hairs and backgrounds
