So I've decided to download the animtoolsV14, but whenever I try a position "he" starts glitching out e.g. his body is lying at the ground but one of his arms is floating in the air. Is it supposed to do that?

the positions that comes with animtools should be updated and have nice arm settings.
can't guarantee anything about older positions found throughout the forum, however it is relatively simple to update these by loading them up in the editor and setting his arm to how you like.
if this has nothing to do with his arm, feel free to share the messed up position; maybe it is a bug
