A little help with setup please (1 Viewer)

So I dl'd the loader and im not entirely sure what to do with it,
so i was just wondering how to set it up and what not.
any help you can give would be appreciated, thanks :)

I am looking through them but half of it I don't understand to be honest.
also what is a .lmod file?

lmod files are packaged mod files made by the mod packager.

they are probably gonna be faded out of support because nobody uses them, everybody* uses the character folder mods.txt listing instead.

* as far as i know, which is like 2 or 3 people
