I feel that 3D Zako games get overshadowed. So this threat is entirely dedicated to the cannon fodders of AC Syndicate, Saints Row 3, Tenchu, Bloodrayne and et cetera.

AC Syndicate
Nothing lewd, but these girls are hella tight. The moves you can pull off on this game is just absolutely brutal and eye-catching, especially mix with their cute screams. No gore, only ruthless bonebreakers.Just about two videos about them though. :(



SAINTS ROW THE THIRD
Morningstar and Deckers are downright lewd as opposed to the right just above. Morningstars are sexy hookers and the Deckers are cute goths. No one has done a video on the deckers, but there is only one for the Morningstar. I know there are some female enemy mods that you can download for Saints Row that turns the Decker Specialist into a regular mob enemy.



BLOODRAYNE 2

The first mission is smutty goths, assuming everyone played for its demo. As for combat, this is all out gore.



TENCHU SERIES

Seriously popular Zako game. Kimono wearing enemies that can be assassinated in just the right way, be it blade or fractures. These women can be found throughout the entire series of the game.

Finally, my kind of thread. There's also Dishonored 2, Watch Dogs 2, AC: Rogue and few in the Metal Gear series that has some zako action.

Number one is easily modded Skyrim sad I grew tired of it.

Let's see from what I had recorded. They are many reverse-zako ryona though.

Watchmen: The End is Nigh Part II. The game has most valuable gems about these dominatrix zako. One of the best game zakos for me, packed with sexiness, nice movements, banters and jiggle physics.


Tenchu's kunoichi in short kimono are still popular to these days.


About ninja, Mosu Ninja from Shinobido are very good too.


Bloodrayne 2, vampire gothic chick.


Dynamite Deka, or Die Hard Arcade, has many zakos and painful moves to be used on them, or vice-versa.

Speaking of Bloodrayne, the first game has female feral vampires too - with pierced nipples ( 6 of them!) Bloodrayne can suck their blood like any other enemy, and the result is pretty erotic. :D
