What you did is a good compromise. I was thinking until I saw it, that were two solutions, at least.


1. If you can vary opacity on props, show the rubber pants as partially transparent, so we can see what's going on inside them.

2. The rubber pants stretched tightly enough has pinholes in it from the needles (I thinking welling drops of blood around the needles would add to that), and the pants are likeliest to split or tear on the head of her penis, especially after the captor pulled the pants extra tight on her erection.

I assume they're just a regular pair of panties, but for Kiri, her plastic briefs are actually a magical item, which classify as a minor artifact in power level, which makes them effectively indestructible. As a plot device that worked for her, as her plastic pants were penetrated or pierced an uncountable number of times, rips and punctures would always reseal in a short time.
