Glitter Eyeshadow (Eye Mod) [LOADER]

This adds a variable number of sparkles and custom eye shadow. The sparkles are animated.
Please be aware that this mod may cause conflicts with other eye-related mods.
This mod uses a custom settings file that, if you want to use, needs to be placed in the Loader Settings folder.
