It's sort of Echo from Overwatch?

I tried to make it so that the neck will still cover up bulges at all angles and at default maximum bulge.



If you decide you don't want the neck; there is a version with no neck

and then there's a half assed transforming Echo? wasn't sure how to make or if thats even how it works cuz its not shown anywhere
